Green Veggies Boost Immunity For Yucaipa Kids

Green Veggies Boost Immunity For Yucaipa Kids

Do your children catch every cold that goes around Yucaipa? Do they regularly have earaches, coughs, or runny noses? Including more green vegetables in their diets could boost kids’ immune systems and help them stay healthy, according to a study in the journal Cell.1

The study found that green vegetables help produce a chemical that is important for a strong immune system. The chemical provides signals to the immune cells in the gut and skin, helping them to function properly.

If your Yucaipa kids are like mine, convincing them to eat more green vegetables is as hard as getting them to clean their rooms. However, San Bernardino parents can find sneaky ways to add more green vegetables to their children’s diets.

My kids love pasta and sauce so I puree spinach into the pasta sauce, disguising the leafy green immune booster. Adding kale to protein smoothies is another way to sneak green vegetables into their tummies.

My name is Woody Andrews and I want to improve children’s health in Yucaipa and around CA. I also promote X-ProteinMeal Shake for extra a high protein/high antioxidant boost. If you would like more information about X-ProteinMeal Shake or children’s health issues contact me today!

San Bernardino Mega-Meals: Don’t Eat The Whole Thing!

San Bernardino Mega-Meals: Don't Eat The Whole Thing!

It’s no wonder that many Yucaipa children and teens struggle with weight issues. What is considered a ‘normal’ food portion has been getting bigger and bigger. In some cases, as with gargantuan Yucaipa fast food soft drinks and San Bernardino Costco muffins-on-steroids, it is absolutely ridiculous. And extremely unhealthy.

The findings from three large national surveys demonstrate:

‘Hamburgers have expanded by 23 percent; a plate of Mexican food is 27 percent bigger; soft drinks have increased in size by 52 percent, snacks, whether they be potato chips, pretzels or crackers, are 60 percent larger.’1

Yucaipa restaurants and San Bernardino food and beverage manufacturers are not the only ones sabotaging our children. Portion sizes have increased in homes, also.

If Yucaipa parents are going to help their children maintain a healthy weight, learning proper portion sizes is critical. If we don’t know the size of a healthy portion, how can we teach our children?

The Mayo Clinic website has a great slide show that helps San Bernardino parents and other children’s health advocates understand what ‘4 ounces’ or a ‘half cup’ actually looks like. You can see it here: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/portion-control/NU00267

The Energy Drink You’ve Been Waiting For In Yucaipa

Thursday, December 8th, 2011

San Bernardino Residual Income Hello Redlands Xocai fans!

My Yucaipa Xocai team Team Xocaity is busier than ever. We are flooded with orders for the new Xocai Xe Energy Drink. San Bernardino folks who get their morning jolt from energy drinks are switching to Xe and we are even winning some converts from the Redlands coffee crowd.

Xe is completely different from any energy drink available in Redlands and San Bernardino. Centered around Xocai’s proprietary cacao; the world’s #1 antioxidant food, Xe creates natural energy with a proprietary blend of antioxidant super fruits and all-natural, energy mobilizers.

When many San Bernardino people try Xe for the first time, they notice how Xe boosts their energy without sending their brain into a frenzy. Xe is not just a fuel for your muscular and circulatory systems, it also promotes mental clarity and emotional stability. What good is an energy beverage that hinders your ability to concentrate and puts your emotions on a roller coaster? Horsepower alone is not enough. The horse needs a clear head to channel all that energy into accomplishing the tasks at hand.

Xocai President Jeanette L. Brooks wanted to create an energy beverage that provides ‘natural energy.’ When Jeanette proposed the creation of a Xocai energy drink, she was well aware of the health risks of Red Bull, Monster and Rock Star. She knew that Xocai could do better. Sure enough, they did. If you can’t get through the day without cracking an energy drink, make sure you drink Xocai’s Xe which delivers a potent combination of natural stimulants and immune boosters to stressed-out Yucaipa men and women.

Would you like to work with San Bernardino’s most nutritious energy drink? Would you like to be associated with Xocai, the world’s first healthy chocolate company? My team members have diverse backgrounds, but each is finding their own way of building their Redlands health business. I can’t tell you how proud I am to represent Jeanette Brooks’ first-class organization here in Yucaipa. Her unique vision spurred Xocai’s creation and continues to guide the company’s explosive growth.

Call me at 909-725-9835 if you would like to try Xe Energy or get more information about Xocai antioxidant chocolate.

Remember, a healthy You contributes to a healthy world!

Yucaipa Acai Berry Chocolate

Wednesday, November 30th, 2011

New Hot Business in San Bernardino Hello Friend, you’ve found the blog for the Yucaipa new hot business Xocai healthy dark chocolate.

Previous Xocai blog articles have talked at length about cold-processed cacao, the key ingredient in Xocai weight-loss chocolate. Today’s article focuses on another super food used in Xocai chocolates: the amazing berry acai.

Unlike berries grown around Redlands and San Bernardino, the acai berry is native to the Amazon rain forest and, unfortunately, is highly perishable. In fact, acai berries go bad within one day of being picked. Therefore, it is nearly impossible to buy acai berry juice for daily consumption.

Luckily, freeze-dried acai berry powder retains all the nutrients of fresh acai pulp and can be shipped to San Bernardino without harm.

Dr. Nicholas Perricone, MD, FACN touted the acai berry and its health and skin benefits on Oprah several years ago. He said the acai berry is ‘one of the most nutritious and powerful foods in the world!’ The following information taken from Dr. Perricone’s acai berry recommendation is found on Oprah’s website. Dr. Perricone listed the following about the acai berry:

  • A remarkable concentration of antioxidants that help combat premature aging, with 10 times more antioxidants than red grapes and 10 to 30 times the anthocyanins of red wine.
  • A synergy of monounsaturated (healthy) fats, dietary fiber and phytosterols to help promote cardiovascular and digestive health.
  • An almost perfect essential amino acid complex in conjunction with valuable trace minerals, vital to proper muscle contraction and regeneration.

Dr. Perricone, MD, FACN, is known as the Father of the Inflammation Theory of Aging and a clinical and research dermatologist.

Give me a call if you’d like to learn more, or email me using the address below.

Harness the Power of Xocai Chocolate In San Bernardino

Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011

Chocolate Ancient Health Food It is generally acknowledged that the Mayans had the most advanced civilization on the American continent before the Spanish Conquest. They excelled in a number of areas including engineering, mathematics, architecture, and agriculture.

One of their valued crops was the equatorial cacao tree. The Mayans and the earlier Olmec civilization were the first known societies to recognize the potent nutritional properties of the cacao bean. It was regarded as a gift from the Gods and was believed to have supernatural powers. Cacao beans were used to make a bitter drink (‘xocolatl’) that was consumed for health and as part of religious ceremonies.

Dr. Steven Warren, MXI medical advisor and expert on geriatric health said, “These ancient peoples used the chocolate bean as the main ingredient in a bitter beverage revered for its nourishing qualities and ability to boost energy. It was also used to treat stomach and intestinal complaints, infections, fevers and coughs.”

Cacao beans were brought to Europe by Columbus and Cortes but, unfortunately, the nutritional makeup of chocolate products diminished with each successive processing method. The cocao beans were fermented, dried, roasted, alkalized, heated, and mixed with other ingredients such as sugar and milk. Each process kills valuable flavanoids or adds unhealthy sugar and calories.

The so-called ‘chocolate’ typically eaten in Riverside and San Bernardino has virtually no flavanoids left.

The patented Xocai cold processing method reverses centuries of chocolate manipulation and brings it back to the pure state enjoyed by the Mayans.

Xocai healthy chocolate is a natural plant-based product, not an ‘engineered’ food created in a San Bernardino lab.

By eating San Bernardino Xocai healthy chocolate in its minimally-processed state, as the Mayans did, you can also harness the power of Redlands MXI antioxidant chocolate.

The X Protein Meal Shake Scores 50,000 On ORAC

Friday, October 21st, 2011

Yucaipa CA X Protein Meal Shake Do you want to increase the antioxidant potency of your blood? The Xocai X ProteinMeal Shake is one of the most delicious ways to get a powerful boost of Riverside antioxidants.

The Xocai X ProteinMeal shake is a dark chocolate meal-replacement shake used by Yucaipa and San Bernardino people for general health, weight-loss, as a non-toxic energy drink, and as an immune-booster.

If you are not familiar with antioxidants: here is a short, but by no means comprehensive, list of the potential benefits:

  • Supports Cardiovascular health
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Boosts energy levels
  • Protects against cellular damage
  • Supports cognitive function

Most people in Yucaipa and Redlands do not get enough antioxidants. I know you have heard it before: we all need to eat more fruits and veggies. But even if we consume the recommended five servings, we may still not ingest enough antioxidants. The need for antioxidants is even more critical when we are fighting a cold or flu in San Bernardino.

The Xocai X ProteinMeal Shake takes the guesswork out of the quest for adequate antioxidants. One serving contains an ORAC score of 50,000. If you replace one meal a day with the Xocai protein shake and eat high antioxidant foods such as berries (blueberries, blackberries, cherries, strawberries), whole grains, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic, spinach, green tea, carrots, and soy–you will be one of the wise few who reach the recommended antioxidant level.

Many of the benefits of increasing antioxidant intake are hard to describe, but I guarantee that you will feel a greater sense of overall vitality-and who knows how many chronic diseases you will avoid?

New Crib Guidelines For San Bernardino Parents

First time San Bernardino parents have many issues to deal with as they prepare for the arrival of their little one, but nothing is more important than crib safety. The federal government has issued new guidelines for crib manufacturers.

As of June 28, 2011, all cribs manufactured and sold in San Bernardino and nationally must meet the new standards. The guidelines also apply to used cribs that are resold. Deadly drop-side rail cribs are now prohibited. The new rules also affect crib slat strength, mattress supports, hardware and the amount of testing required.

The new crib guidelines can be found at:

Can Texting Help Yucaipa Kids Eat Healthier?

Can Texting Help Yucaipa Kids Eat Healthier?

Hello Yucaipa parents. I ran across an article in Women’s Day magazine with some creative suggestions for helping children lose weight and develop sensible eating habits. (‘Is My Child Too Heavy,’ Women’s Day, June 2011, p. 102)

If you are one of the many Yucaipa parents who is worried about your child’s weight, you might find these helpful:

  1. Have kids help you prepare meals. If they prepare healthy dishes, they are more likely to eat them.
  2. Encourage volunteering. ‘Boredom often goes hand-in-hand with overeating, volunteering keeps them busy and boosts self-esteem.’
  3. Limit eating to the kitchen table. Mindlessly snacking while watching TV or playing video games can add a significant amount of calories.
  4. Text a food journal. Handy texters (doesn’t that include every kid over the age of 12?) can more easily track their eating with the device they always have with them.

Yucaipa children’s health is a priority for me. I am Woody Andrews of Yucaipa. I sell a nutritional product that kids will love.  My Yucaipa customers use X-ProteinMeal Shake as a healthy treat for the whole family.

To order X-ProteinMeal Shake, call me at 909-725-9835.

Xocai Dark Chocolate is a Brain Food

Wednesday, October 5th, 2011

Yucaipa Xocai Scam San Bernardino seniors with high blood pressure should be aware that hypertension may contribute to diminishing mental function in CA elderly.

The following is from Psychology Today:

“A number of vegetable-based foods—among them tea, purple grapes, cranberries, as well as cocoa—are rich in antioxidants. But chocolate has its own unique profile of flavanols. German scientists recently found that cocoa—but not green or black tea—lowers blood pressure in people being treated for hypertension. Even moderate degrees of high blood pressure, researchers believe, are at the root of the cognitive decline seen in aging.”

Yucaipa and Redlands chocoholics know that Xocai weight-loss chocolate with acai berries is good for their soul. Now they can feel good about the fact that it is also good for their brain.

San Bernardino Xocai healthy chocolate is a no-brainer.

It doesn’t take a genius to realize that New York Times Chocolate is a billion-dollar industry that generates steady profit in Yucaipa, CA and all around the San Bernardino area. In addition, Xocai antioxidant chocolate also taps into the lucrative and fast-growing Redlands and San Bernardino health and wellness market!
